My front shocks need to be changed, I made a research and found bilstein b4 shocks are they good ?
I don't want to get the car lowered, so illkeep the stock springs, but which is better bmw shocks or bilstein, have anybody tried these?

How many kilometers do you have on yours? Why do you need to replace your front shocks?

Anybody have any idea about a better brand for front shocks or should I stick with oem, I was advised that meyle and bilstein are good.
I'm just replacing the front ones so I don't want it to be different in the back and front.

I've just got some front sports susp second hand - and it drives and handles very well for most road conditions!.... Bilstein are very good, my thinking was....am i really going to see the benefit versus the cost? not like im tracking the car or anything!

Well I think I'm gonna take the stock shocks OE which are better for longer life I guess.

Um, why would you just replace the fronts? I'd do all 4 at the same time. If you are not looking to mod your car the Bilsteins are a good choice.

All my shocks are from the dealer, I thought its a bad idea to mix up shocks that's why I'm thinking to stay with OEM, but I heard great things about the bilstein's.

if you don't want to replace them all then yes dont' mix and match. I have replaced all of mine with bilstein sport shocks/struts and they are bullet proof with a lifetime warranty.
