Front Lower Strut Mount Adjustable?

after actually diggin into the front this afternoon I definitely see what you are talking about! My previous external view I could just see the barrel of the strut and the clamp but after taking it apart I see the "cup" you were referring to. Now Im at a loss as to what to do! I can already see the rake and I dont like it

X24334249880 times lol sucks installing something and then planning time the next day to uninstall it! not sure what I want to do yet. Might just run them on the back for now and try to find a set of OEM front sport springs which I think would set it level but idk...
