Is it ridiculous to think this would fit on my car? I kinda like the look of it, but it seems too good to be true for that price.

Anyone have any experience with one of these or similar?

That's basically a replica of a replica. The paint shop will have to layer down a thick coat of primer to insure a quality finish and the fitment might be off...

For sure it's a replica. One problem with reps is never knowing how well it fits.
Don't get me wrong, I've had a couple of rep front-lip spoilers whose fitment
were great. It's really more of finding a reputable source for the replica item.

Looking at his eBay rating, I would pass. Within the month
he has had 4 neutral and 6 negative feedback ratings:

Might want to check out his detailed feedback, examples:
1) Bottle of taillight tinting spray too small to cover his taillights - um, seems to me he over sprayed and that is why it wasn't enough or didn't read the bottle size? (rtfm)
2) Another guy asked for a refund after installing and hitting something - not the sellers fault

IMHO, always read the detailed feedback, some customers are just dumb - can't fault the seller for that. And ANY non-OEM product will need to be tailored to fit perfectly. When buying these things we need to realize it may need to be custom fit and don't expect a replica to fit perfectly out of the box.
That said, not sure I would go THAT cheap. I had a post earlier where someone tipped me off to a local seller selling these same lips for $95 (cheaper than this guy since no shipping is involved).

Yeah as I assume/expect the "fitment"(lack there of) is probably not worth the $100 or so extra savings.

As for replicas I seem to have read pretty decent things, especially on this board, about the Umnitza replica MTech bumpers. Anyone have any thoughts or experience with those?

Actually, I am having a difficult time finding the kit on their actual site. Is this a situation where sites are reselling them, or am I just slow today?

If you want this kit I would buy the one from Trinity Autosport for $375 painted and shipped. Contact Nerweezy

Give us a call We can work out something since you are relatively close to Cali for shipping.
