is there such a thing as plastidip matte white i'd try it if there was and also how much is something like this

There is. Some guy on the Audi forums did his whole car matte white. There's a link to that thread somewhere on this site. Looked pretty good.

It does look cool, but one question won't that chip right off on the front of the car due to stone chips for example?

Kinda like that red look. The girl in the photo seems to prefer silicone vs. plastic though!

U right JR, this is what matte red looks like. The other colour reminds me of a terracota plant container....
