They are style 132's IIRC , had some on my E34, mine were only 18's tho, back to 5 spokes now hahaha wish I kept them, they woulda suited the E60

if you're curious what they'd look like on an e60 in 20 in, I have a pic below

-you think staggered won't wokr on an xi no matter what, huh? errr... I'll still try it - can't beat the price - 500 bucks!!! For OEM twenties! And I love the design - sort of looks like Alpina

Yep, so far I have two responses: one from my SA, who said "...because I'm BMW, I cannot recommend that you put anything other than what the car came with..." (pretty much meaningless), though he did say that it might rub while turning. And the second from the shop that installed a lip for me - they think it will not work, because it will stick out. He also said that they might trip out some sensors, like ABS and speed - is that true? Those of you who have 20s and bigger rims, do you get errors from bigger wheels?

Anyway, I'm not giving up! Can someone please walk me through what I should do to make sure the rims fit? I know that I have to have a matching bolt pattern and offset. Offset is somewhat flexible, as I understand - as long as it doesn't rub, basically. I can go and have the shop mount the rims and see if they'll fit the bolt pattern and clear internals. But the tires on the rims are from a 745, so they'll definitely rub, but how do I ensure that with the proper tires these rims do not cause problems?

And is that too many questions? LOL

Thanks, y'all!
I just put my wheels (20's) on my car yesturday and drove it without any errors. I do think my speed is off because the bigger wheel has less rotations obviously. Which would also throw my odometer off, correct? So really it is counting less miles than im really putting on it. With all that said for 500 dollars you could still buy them and sell off to a 7 owner for more.

btw...my 20's dont rub at all. et 18. 20x8.5 all around.

There are never to many questions for this board. So many helpful people with great advice (im not inlcuded in this because im a bmw noob)

He has an XI. It's much different than your car. You're comparing apples to oranges.

Here is what poleposition's car looked like with the Radial 32's in 20's These wheels were powdercoated black. Again though, this is NOT an XI, which is why they worked. This was on his old, 2005 530.

Actually, bro, it kinda does LOL

but not to worry, yours is still the ruling hot cake of this forum - at least of the pics that I've seen

BTW I think I totally f***ed up with those rims - I let a buddy of mine have a crack at them on his e38 750 and I totally didn't realize that they'd work on an 'i' - my best friend's gettin' a 535i in a week or two (btw I hunted down an awesome lease for him - 520 a mo!!!!!!!! All you 535 guys, eat your hearts out! I know I'd take that deal any day - just that my car wouldn't catch on fire in time hahaha )
