Hello,

I am shopping for a set of wheels for my 245/35R19 tires. I like the listed designs - probably the TSW wheel is the best value but I would prefer an all silver wheel and the TSW does not have the deep dish of the Avant Garde or VMR wheel.

Any other suggestions of similarly styled wheels under $2k?

Thanks

edit basically I am looking for a split 7 spoke, as much concavity as possible....

F14 or M310. I've seen numerous VMR threads in other forums saying that their paint chips easily. Good luck!

I have Avant Garde M310s in Matte Black. If going 19s, the advantage is that you can fit rear tires up to 305s as you have an option to get 19 x 11.0.

However, note that you will need hubring in the front as E60s are 72.56CB and M310 fronts are made with 74.1CB to fit other models.

Got my setup from Michael (Acuteperformance).

What is the optimal rim width for 245/30R19's? Of course narrower rims are lighter. I don't think the forgestar has the deep concave option until 10" width, which would be too wide.

The ideal size for that tire is going to be the 19x8.5. Forgestar makes the F14 in a 19x10 deep concave which will fit your 545i. The advantage of running with a Forgestar wheel is that they can build the wheel specifically for your car and its options. The Avant Garde M310 is also a nice fitment and would clear comforably with the 19x8.5/19x9.5 combo! Please let me know if you need anything further!

While I think "you get what you pay for" when it comes to wheels, I have to admit I'm curious about the TSW wheels. What exactly is "rotary forged"? For the price, it certainly seems worth a second look.

I bought a used set of BBS 19" wheels and they seem to be able to handle the bad roads pretty well so far, but I wouldn't call them "lightweight". Compared to stock wheels, they are definitely MUCH better - even though my stockers are also made by BBS

Gives you a chance to spec any offset you want for a perfectly flush fitment
And Forgestars come in 10"

Not sure I like this color scheme, but the shape looks good for the car. I'd go with gunmetal though

What about spending a little more $$ and going with Morr wheels? There's a vendor selling them in the vendor FS threads. They're a sick wheel with looks and concavity.
