I am new to E60.net, new to modifying and am in new of some help. I recently installed 2 Lumen PlaZma Series LED (H8, White) bulbs. I immediately received bulb error, even thought they are working fine, I contacted the company that I bought them from as they were meant to be error free. They sent two Lumen LED Load Resistors, but am still receiving g the same errors on each bulb.

Any experience and help with this issue will be greatly received.

Weird. I got hid on my fogs and they were workin fine but after 5 months i had an error code i had to install on them anti flicker module even when my fogs weren't flickering and all went back to normal. Try antiflicker that could solve your problem...

 

With any LED's it'll give you an error light...even if its smd led's.

 

Thanks for your replies. A friend of mine re-wired the resisters and the errors disappeared. Hopefully it will stay that way.

our halogen bulbs are all error free, there no need for additional resistors on halogen bulbs
