Hi Alex & all other's
Since Alex had a question about FLA, here is some pictures of how this device looks like and where it sits.
FLA (high / low beam automatic) manage the long lights automatically as the car itself diaphragm up and down depending on oncoming traffic, in addition to running with it is hard to miss, I miss it in any case, every time I drive my wife's E46 at night.
It is a complete assembly (camera, rear view mirrors, etc.) which costs about 6-700 euro here in Europe.
It's actually very easy to install as it beyond the ordinary wires (depending on the mirror you have already), only 2 additional lines to be installed (K-Can-Bus H + L), no other box'es have to be changed ( LM, light/rain sensor ,CAS etc. ) plus of course a coding at BMW to activate this feature.

? 6-700 seem a little too much for an option that brings advantage to other drivers, but if I will find a bargain.. Why not?
Thanks for sharing Ben!

Hi BenAnd,
I also got one for about 100? on ebay, and would really love if you could give me some light's on what wirings i will have to connect and where to!
Before, i only had the one wiht the alarm led, now this new one i have for retrofit has also dimming mirror besides the FLA and the alarm led.
Best regards

Does anyone have any info on the FLA retrofit? Is it purely plug-and-play, or is coding required? If coding is required, how do you get it? Through the BMW dealer? What do you ask for, since this doesn't appear to be an "official" retrofit?
