I never thought I'd ever say something like this, but I agree, the stock wheels look sexier (and I usually can't stand stock wheels).

But, those particular stock wheels look great.

That said, congratulations to you on the new wheels- they look good too- and at the end of the day, it's all about what you like. Congrats to you.

Hey buddy... Yeah it was a mission to find the right wheel, but I think I did pretty good. Thanks for the compliment. How's your ride coming along? Need some photoshop assistance? LOL...

From the side I like the stock ones better (I have the same stock set). I bet the after market rims look better at an angle where you can see the lip. My personal preference isn't that style, though.

I hate to jump on, but Im not saying I dislike the current wheels, but I do like the way the stock wheels look better.. With some spacers popping them out a bit more it will look more aggressive.. IMHO

haha, i think the culprit here is the photo....break out a better photo shoot...something that accentuates the lips front and rear. when i had those wheels on my car...i got tons of compliments...esp on the lips....thats what drove me to go even bigger and deeper with the lipage (just made that word up).

but def still consider some spacers....id go 10mm up front and at lease 15mm to 20mm out back...

Unfortunately I can't do spacers. I drove to work today (usually ride the MC) and noticed I am getting some rubbing on the larger dips in the roads on post. The 285/35's stick out pretty far. I will be ordering some 255/35's for the front and see how those are with the rubbing.

As far as the pic, I agree I need to do an angle shot, as they look much better from the angle. Have gotten plenty of compliments today at work. The only negative comments were about the front tires looking anorexic compared to the rears.

Hey, thanks bro. I don't mind the criticism at all. Once people start paypaling me money for Mods, that is when I take their likes into consideration.

Forums are all pretty much the same. My Magnum was highly criticized when I started modding, and then became one of the most acclaimed Mags across the forums!!

You can't post pics and not expect criticism, good or bad.
