FEELER: RPi Exhaust for 535i

As many of you know Race Precision Inc. has been recently releasing new high performance exhausts for our beloved E60s. The time has come for the 535i model to get the full RPi treatment. The GT exhaust is going to be a dual system: sections two and three, after the down pipes. Since there are only two exhaust that actually produce horse power for the 535i, I'm quite positive that the RPi GT exhaust will be at the top of the list in terms of producing WHP. There are no plans for a quad exhaust so please refrain from inquiries regarding the quad system. This is a feeler thread for those who may be interested or have questions please feel free to post here.

no plans for rpi to run dp's as well? that would be more custom work than production?

I don't think the dps are the same as the 335. even though they're both share the same n54 platform,
the exhaust configuration is completely different.

I just got back from RPI with an update for the exhaust....the current stock setup at the manifold goes from a 3 into 2 configuration,2 into 1 @ the resonator, and finally back to 2 at the muffler. RPi is planning on using 2 pipes after the down pipes all the way back to the exhaust, providing the ulitmate free flowing exhuast...ideal for turbo charged cars. It will be interesting to see what type of gains we'll see compared from stock.

Damn that would piss me off. Besides an ecu tune/piggyback, DP's give big hp gains.

I believe there is one company that claims their 335 dps fit on 535s but there hasn't been any confirmation.
I'm sure eventually there will be some available.....I'm crossing my fingers
