Not sure Frank, still researching, but i think I might have found a silcone that is nice and hard when its cured.

Not if you seal it right. I used hot glue and black silicone to seal it. Only reason I got moisture in was when I brung it to the shop. It's sealed now. No moisture period.

Revival!!
What type of sealant was used on this. Mine are filling with water moisture.
Also, I might to need to replace one of the pcb's as I broke it at the 90 deg bend! Mad!!
