Ocean did tell me that he rode in your car and fell in love with the KWs as a result, so i owe you gratitude for the experience you shared. I got my v2s installed last weekend and it was rather straight forward. I have experience in the department from doing multiple suspension installs on my previous cars and doing the install on my e60 was one of the easiest.

I do have some questions, however, about how you have yours set. After getting everything installed, I dialed the rebound in according to KW recommendation from the manual, 9 clicks from zero clockwise in the front and 9 in the rear. After going for a ride, I instantly realized that this would not work for me, it was way too stiff for my taste. So I backed them down to 6 front and rear. Doing that made the ride better, but I still feel like they are a bit too stiff, guess I expected them to be much more comfortable. How do you currently have your set up dialed in?

I'm running 20s so I wanted the drop to be approximately an inch over sport suspension, which is how low it currently sits. I guess I could go another inch lower if needed, but I think I'm good with the ride height for now. All that to say that I do not believe it is the ride height that causes the stiff ride. I'd appreciate if you could share how low your car sits and how you have your dampers set. Thanks in advance.

For the rebound you have a total of 18 positions. I have mine set 12 clicks from firmest and the rears are 15 clicks from firmest. Mine are definitely set for a softer setting however the handling is still responsive and the car still feels planted. The big thing too that I have noticed is you need to always turn the adjustment to the firmest setting before turning it to a softer setting. So try a softer rebound setting in the rear and see how that works.

Ok. So you went all the way clockwise and then worked your way back to the left to get the settings in the front and rear. I did the exact opposite, I started all the way counter clockwise and then worked my way to the right. I wonder why it matters to go all the way firm before backing it down?

It currently feels like I am riding on springs and like the damping is hardly in effect, so it can create a somewhat bouncy feel. I will give your settings a try and see if that is the magical solution to my problem. Thanks again.
