My wheels have the same rear offset as yours and I'm running 285/25 Toyo T1R's. I rolled my fenders, so I have absolutely no rubbing. When I added 10mm spacers, it rubbed like crazy on every dip, driveway and turn.
I imagine you would experience similar issues if you ran 285/30's in the rear. The tires would be too fat. On a 275/30, it might look just barely stretched, but more of a flush look and offers more meat on the tires.
If I were you, I would go with JLevi's recommendation and get the 295/25's. That's what I plan on getting for my next set of tires. Good luck! Can't wait to see those bad boys on.

i am running on conti sport contact 3 on 295/25/20 but doesnt look as wide as my friend who is running yokohama advant sport 285s
