So the wiring harness fit right into your replacement amp?

you remove the oem harness and plug the the new harness into the oem wires and then into the factory amp. The harness comes with a line-in driver that has the femal ends for the rcas that go to the amp. so you just plug your rca's into the amp and your good to go. A picture of the harness is below for reference.

i made copper pins on my lathe that have the same diameter as the male pins on the OE connector that plug into the factory harness. the pins have a small hole bored into the other side that allows the wires to be inserted and soldered.
you can see the factory harness in the pic with my pins inserted. i thought about de-soldering the factory amp connector and using that, but decided it was easier to machine some new pins. solid copper is better than the stamped and coated original pins anyway.

everything comes from the factory connector. the rca cables have the same copper pins soldered onto them as the rest of the connections. just hard to see that in the pic since i snaked them up and around the amp.
when i started this job i was sure the signal leads were speaker level and i would need a line converter. turns out they are 5 volts peak and you don't need a line converter. i turned the stereo up as loud as it would go and put the signal leads on my o-scope, sure thing, approximately 5 volts peak.
