I believe you have to reprogram the car to stop the LED blinks, just like the retrofit kit on E46 Coupe.

xxterx, are you sure your taillights are not blinking all the time while you drive ?
An electrician at BMW checked the LCI taillights for me today and we found no intergated resistor module
I pointed him to this thread - and he agreed that you would get the initial blinking as you stated - but without the module they would keep blinking - please enlighten us on this !

no...it only has the inital blinking... just like my PIAA angel eyes and LED turn signal... it doesnt blink again afterwards

Can you take some shots with them on in the daytime and night time, and maybe some standing back with a full rear picture of the whole rear, but this time can you take them so that I won't have to snap my neck in half looking at them?
