to the OP, you could always buy the gloss ones and wrap them in some matte black vinyl to get that OEM look.
i just wrapped my window trim in matte black from bmwshadwoline.com and it matches the color of the pillars really well.

Thanks for all the suggestions. The gloss black looks great on your car did they paint the upper portion of the door trim as well since the bottom is chrome? The gloss ones on eBay would be perfect but worried about how bulky they look in those pics installed on the car. I will probably end up ordering them I'll keep you posted

Looked like shit to me, so I took them off and got it painted.
Hated how pushed out and unlevel they were.

And yes my trim was originally chrome all the way around and I had them paint the top as well leaving the bottom chrome.
I like it... a little different and makes the car look a tad bit longer and sleeker in my opinion.
Here is it cleaned up...
