The black side is the way to go.
You should also lose the chrome kidneys and grill slats.

Get the black grills, and have the kidneys painted to match your car's color, like I did.
I don't think he will do that since he already purchased the chrome grills above his black ones he already had

Hi, I'll inform you (6-7) interested members during this week.
I'm trying to find a chaeper way to make it, because this material is very expensive and it comes to the market at 60 X 120 cm sheets only. I'll try to keep the price low.
But first of all, I will ask at the post office about the postage to your locations and I'll inform you.

Thanks
Nick

Will these mesh fit E60 M5 front bumpers? and are you still fabricating them?

You guys should also check out this place: http://www.racemeshgrilles.com/

They are local in California. I'm considering getting it myself.

Very, very nice!!

Have you go any more pics with the silver mesh? Please post if you have.

Also, have you considered making the mesh slightly narrower, or would it weaken the mesh too much?

Black looks standard. Get it chrome plated to match the chrome kidney grilles.

Or cut another grille but this time don't use a mesh pattern. Instead use a series of horizontal bars (same size as the ones on the kidney grille) and then chrome plate it.

I have seen the cover done by Nick in person. It is very nice and duplex-side (black/silver) but please mind that it is not a stand alone part it is a cover on the existing mesh. So it has to duplicate the pattern of the standard part.
