Exhaust Valved Opened & Resonator Delete

He had the butterfly valve on his exhaust welded open and removed the front set of resonators. Unfortunately, the soundclip link is dead and I cannot find any recent posts. Have any 545 owners attempted this and with what results? It appears to be a very easy mod for a slightly throatier exhaust note and could be easily reversed for very little $$.
