..needs torque demand to be actuated (read: driving !)
Do you get someone to sit in the boot (trunk) whilst you drive!
(how, and lean out so they can see the if the valve opens!!)

You guys know what so funny the stock setup the resonator and complete with the stock muffler the dealer price is roughly 1 grand and we remove it to buy an aftermarket exhaust that is 700-1000 is that kinda funny. Just for a sound hahahha. Yeah i have the remuse i like it but i'll have to do a quad setup and get rid of my remuse after i ket my kit so more money on exhaust again. And by the way it's a nice sound clip.

no, you're gonna have to plug the line, AND find a way to keep the valve open . Unlike the older systems, bmw has fitted the new active exhausts with "normally closed" valves. In essence, you're gonna have to keep the valve open one way or another. I tied some metal wire around it to keep the valve open. Make sure you use something not flammable to tie it open as it gets pretty hot down there...
