Exhaust help

Can someone please help me understand the difference between this exhaust on ebay
05 07 E60 5 Series M5 Style Stainless Steel Catback Axle Back Exhaust Muffler | eBay

vs one the looks exactly like it on Umnitza's website for example.... for tripple the price.

I assume umnitza's is better.. Im just trying to understand the difference

My goal is for looks and more aggressive sound then my stock exhaust... 2010 528xi

I do not care about gaining HP. I know with this setup that wont really be the case.. I just want the dual exhaust appearance because i plan on getting M5 bumper so I don't have a choice.(don't care for mtech rear bumper)
