It'll fit and has been done before, that is a 545i B&B exhaust on a 550i with some minor welding that any muffler shop can do. Now go and buy it from Znod!

Btw, are you removing any of the resonators or leaving them all as is?

Thanks Joe. Still not sure what you guys are talking about? Is Znod selling B&B exhaust for a 545? I'll have to check that out in the classifieds.

Stocks too quiet for you, eh? B&B fits either 545 or 550 with muffler shops using either reducers or expanders (adapters) to fit the pipe size difference. Sometimes, if it's only .25 inch difference, muffler shop can still weld it with no problem.

Well, now that I know it can be done I now am concerned that the B&B will be too loud and have droning issues.
