European Headlight Upgrade

Hi there,
I'd like to learn about upgrading to the clear headlights/corner lights for the E60. I have access to the headlamp assemblies in Germany and just want to make sure that they'll be a direct swap from the US lights.
Also, if a vehicle does not have the adaptive headlamp option, can it be upgraded to that option without acquiring any other components?

Welcom aboard,
The headlight can be directly swapped, but upgrading to adaptive headlight has not been attemped by anyone so far on the forum. The problem is you'll need some level thingy installed for self-level headlight, etc.

Correct but he is talking about the adaptive headlights (the ones that turn with the steeringwheel to light out the corners better)
