Last night around 20:40 I was involved in traffic collision and got rear ended going east bound on the 60 right after the 605. The result was BMW: 1, GMC TRUCK: 0. I suffered a dented trunk, scuffed/gouged bumper and a cracked right tail lamp. The truck didn't fair as well as you can see from the shitty cell phone pictures. He smashed in his radiator fan and it was making all sorts of noise.

So I need some help sourcing a Euro LCI Tail Light for the right side. I got my set through the group buy with Bruce's cables, who got them through Heiko. Does anyone have any contacts on how to order this part through an easier method? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks!

When I asked him to see his license and proof of insurance, he didn't want to exchange information with me so I tried to take his picture and he put up the no paparazzi hand.

WTF on the not exchanging info! Did you take a pic of his license plate, too much reflection from the above pics? Hope things get resolved for you. Maybe get euro version from Ricky from Hong Kong?

I have a picture of his plate, but he wanted to me to call the police, so I notified CHP and they took a report. His loss to settle outside of insurance, but it's better this way.

Sup Tony! Been MIA from this forum because I've been really getting into cycling this past year. So if you were to see me on the street, I'd most likely be on two wheels!

I'm planning on respraying my front bumper and hood while it's in the shop. You guys have any recommendations on specific brand films for clear bra?

I currently have 3M on mine. I used to have Llumar and it turned yellowish and I talked to a few clear bra installers and they said that film is crap so stay away from it. Use 3M or Venture Shield.

Always call the cops! I exchanged info with someone who hit me and when I contacted his insurance he lied about EVERYTHING. Exchanging info is useless, always call the cops to have record of what happened. He lied multiple times on record to his insurance company, and they sided with him.
