This is a dyno before and after of our new TVS 2 N62 supercharger on a 550. These are crank numbers on 91 octane fuel.

Too much money, Roman: nobody would give you $10,000.

Sadly I have to agree.
I was so looking forward to charging my 545 but the cost is just way too much for a car that is now 6 years old.
Yes I know they would completely different to drive, but for that price plus the value of my car, I could get the big ///M.
And the ///M is always goin to be the better car overall.

Can someone be positive here? At least we got companies trying to produce new and exciting products.

No I totally agree, it's great companies are coming out with superchargers etc. Just with a $10,000 price tag its more realistic to just upgrade to a M5 if you're driving a 550i.

Being positive won't make the price any more affordable

+1. I was set on getting this system when it came out, but now I think I'll wait a couple more years, or until a sale presents itself.

I think this product is hitting the market way too late to be successful. If 550s are going between $25k-$35k, an additional $10k would buy you an M5. Just saying...
