regarding the flash...you can still get some decent gains with just the flash...

Have a look at the GIAC flash too. I wish they made an intercooler for the 535.

HPF BMW 135i 335i 535i Intercooler Installation Instructions (Part 1) by www.horsepowerfreaks.com

This was from a Youtube video....Chris from Horsepowerfreaks uploaded it himself, so I am sure he is accurate that the intercooler can fit a 535

^there are lines (IIRC oil lines) that run along the front bottom of the e60 n54 engine that are not there on the 1 and 3 series, making an fmic not mountable on the e60....unless it's a specific design for the e60 n54 it most likely will not fit, the 535 gets listed with the 135 and 335 since they all have the same engine....

Not at all pointless to do the tune- it just means that you cannot get the most aggressive stages of tune for the 535 compared to the 335/135. If only my car did not have HPFP problems, I would get the tune right away.

I will be contacting them tomorrow and if its a go. I will be ordering the intercooler, downpipes and ess tune all at once, which should push my car over 400hp. I know every1 bashed the afe dual cone air filter, but are they really that bad?

Did they confirm no issues with the XDrive system? Again, I didn't think I had any issues with my tune, but it wasn't an ESS Tune. However, the error did come up quite often telling me that the AWD system was malfunctioning. Not sure if you depend on this car for the snow, but if you do, you might want to look into further...
