hey Nick, are you going with the ESS TS3 twin-screw s/c. I am thinking of getting an Active s/c made for the e46 3.0l engines, what do you think? thanks
There are some members in the Greek BMW-Motorport club they have it installed and I have to say that ESS is a peace of art. So powerfull, plus offering a subtle look! but ESS sells them based on USD. So, recent USD to EUR exchange rates have raised the price for us EU customers by 20% in the last few months (from eur. 5200 to eur. 6300) No way...
On the other hand, active does not offer a twin screw SC

I have to wait until I sell my 2.2 engine and will see then, I have 5-6 suitors already ...you know, there are very many 316/318 E46s here in Greece and that engine can make their dream for a 170Hp 6inline smoothie, come true

I prefer the ESS over the Active, but Active is easier for me to get since ESS is far away. I believe Active does make a twin screw s/c, e46 330i m54 twinscrew s/c Will this work since it is the same engine M54B30? This prodeces 393 BHP @ 8-9 psi boost level, that is crazy for a 3.0l.

Will this work Active Autowerk e46 330i stage 1 I am seriously thinking about doing a simple bolt on s/c, because the twinscrew is too complicated and almost double the $$$.

...Still wondering when ESS will release its kit for V8...
There is something mantioned by ESS about 550 or 601 HP for a V8 engine

And I'm here overlooking this thread several times thinking it was just a way to clean the engine bay. Boy was I wrong.
