I just tried the I-charge (see www.zeromax.biz) in my E60. It helped to make the auto transmission shift very much smoother, may help in those complaining of poor gear shifts. Just plug the unit into the cigarette lighter or any power socket in the car. Not much impact on fuel consumption so far and does not affect electricals.

 

I don't know, but seems like a Snake Oil to me. If it's too good to be true...
