I don't know. I think some people have put 15mm spacers rear. It all depends on wheel + tire combination.

Love the look and love the winter wheels. They look like OEM 124's (18 inches). But since its winter wheels, 17's will most likely do better in snow.

The studded tyres do more fo me than the spacers, looks so purposeful, like your about to attack a snow covered rally stage
Whats the grip like with the studs Anzafin ? we cant use them in the UK.

I can assure when snow and RWD E60 meet, everyone becomes a drifter master .

Thank you for your comment.
On snow the grip with studs equals to good quality friction tires.
But on ice nothing can beat a studded tire. For sure it still slips, especially with 500Nm !

Some 80% of people use studded tires in Finland. I personally don't have anything against friction tires. Just the fact that non-studded tires meant for
mid-Europe countries don't work here very well. With friction tires I'd probably go for Nokian Hakkapeliitta R.
Now my studded setup is Nokian Hakkapeliitta 5 225/50 R17. "Trust the natives" they say...
