My ride quality actually improved in handling and confort since I moved off the run-flat tires.
Do you have the non-sport shocks still on?
Did you change the springs (not shocks) at the same time as you went for non-RF's?

We all know that the RF's suck.

As for when I changed, I change the wheels and tires to 166's about 2-3 weeks after I had the Eibachs installed. Since I ordered the M6 offset I had to wait for Garry to get the wheels from Germany. So I did get to notice all 3 phases.

If you don't have sport shocks you'll probably blow them out pretty quick. But i know H&R oe sport springs are pretty close to stock spring rates.
My driving will not kill the OEM shocks, but I'm worrying about the comfort.
I have the standard chassis.

The Eibach springs will lower the car by some 30 mm, the OEM sport suspension only lowers some 25 mm.

How do you like your eibachs. I'm contemplating between them and h&r. I normally do all the work to my cars. Spring replacement is normally pretty straight forward as long as you have all the proper tools.
H&R are a bit hard for the roads.
