Only "slightly" harsher than stock. Comfort mode feels like Normal used to.

Exit/on ramps are much more fun . . .

I haven't had much luck with paint/body shops in the PNW. I can certainly tell you to avoid based on bad experiences.

I'd check with some of the BMW forums with a larger regional membership. Bimmerpost and Bimmerfest have a good size Northwest section and you should be able to get good reviews.
