Looks good!

Someone CF wrap the interior of their headlights quick!

Maybe someone should do a full cf replacement of the interior headlights, that'll look great IMO!

this is really popular among the e9x crowd. i noticed this about... 8 months ago? bavanianX does this along with the ls3 angel eye install. but i have to admit, this on a e60 has never crossed my mind. it looks pretty fcuking sick. however, i wouldnt do this to an LCI e60 because i love the way the LCI looks

this mod would go perfect with the blackout (murdered) theme E60.

Very cool. Someone else on this forum is also familiar with retrofit headlights. The ZKW lens are a cheap but effective mod.

Haha, Victor, I highly recommend against having to reopen the headlights. The way I seal it, it actually becomes more difficult and more work to reopen. Not to mention the reseal would be a lot more difficult.

If you really want it, I would suggest you to buy another set of headlights and sell your current set instead.

There are 2 kits, pre-LCI and post-LCI, they are dramatically different.
LCI has a larger ring for low beam(but it can work with both headlights), and smaller high beam ring
Pre-LCI has a smaller low beam ring (will not work for LCI lights) and slightly larger then the LCI high beam ring (can work for LCI).

If you get an LCI kit, it will work on Pre-LCI cars. If you get a pre-LCI kit, you can't reuse it for an LCI headlight.

Uhh... sorry to do this to you since it's your own product, but this is not the case.

The current Orions I have is pre-LCI's that I got from the member that bought my previous headlights. I did not realize there was a size discrepancy until I went to install it. However, unlike what you said above, it actually can work -- albeit it's not perfect for low beams, high beams are just fine. Refer to my picture below:
