The 325 rating is crank for the 545i. You read his 257rwhp as crank. Why would you say 68 more then? Educate me.

can their remap get rid of my check engine light as well as taking advantage of my mods full potential? If so i may go this route because i still havent heard from Federico from RD Sport. I dont know why they cant take care of me and ignore my phone calls as well as the shop that provide me the parts phone calls

What does the "remap" actual do? Does it make the fuel mixture more lean causing you to get more hp/torque? If you had a temp gauge, would it read hotter with the remap at longer duration in the higher rpm?
Remaps are designed to optimize the curve toward the enthusiast user - those of us who are rigid on maintenance, who place gaining maximum performance over MPG's, and will religiously used the recommended fuel (or greater). Remaps are a very complex combination of enhancements to sensor readings, fuel output, RPM limitations, etc. Any temperature increases should be minimal and non-threatening IF a reputed, knowledgeable tuner is used.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, in the first dyno graph at 3400 rpm?!
