68 more HP to until you can reach the Rated HP of 325.
That's great to see dyno proven gains and a good number too!
But I'm wondering why the numbers are still so low? Even if you use a DT loss of 20%, you're still shy of the factory claimed 325 crank hp. I know Dyno Dynamics are more conservative dynos but it's weird to see it go below the factory crank numbers.

That is why I posted two dyno's....the first is with dyno dynamics and the second is with dynojet. The Dynojet numbers are with STOCK EVERYTHING too. Yes the numbers read low, but I wanted to see how much the ECU remap actually gained.

Shoot 325rwhp will put him at over 400 crank hp. Anyway, I'm sure you read r1racer's dyno chart incorrectly; 257 is to the rear wheel.

I'm surprised that the HP is kind of low before the ECU remap.
The 545i is rated at 325HP at the crank, subtract %20 loss (65HP) is 260 rwhp
243.8 rwhp (before) is a bit low
257.9 rwhp (after) sounds about right.
Am I missing something?

Yes the numbers are low, BUT please keep in mind its a Dyno Dynamics...if you see the other dyno sheet its a Dynojet which made peak 271 whp crank is 325 so the loss is 16.62%
Does that kind of make sense?

is there a ecu remap for the 645ci? what kinda cost is involved?
A load-based dyno typically reads about 13% lower than a dynojet. A load dyno won't give impressive numbers, but is best for tuning.
The actual numbers are not that important, but rather the delta and space under the curve.
