If they have bad or no feedback, don't buy.
If they live out of the country, don't buy.
If the price is too good to be true, don't buy.

Unfortunately some things you can only find from sellers out of the country (like Euro Headlights)......I have bought many times from people on eBay.de in Germany and have never had a problem until this time.

maybe $hit idea but next time ask one of us if you need sg and maybe the ship is not cheap but at least can be done in a proper way.

I wouldn't mind xenon headlights w/out the adaptive feature..it would be a big improvement over my halogens, but then again I would probably need ballasts and other misc parts to make them work :\ I would still take them off your hands if you're looking to get rid of them. let me know

Hey Busta,

The headlights that I have are brand new (not taken off of a car), and they have the igniters, the xenon modules, and all the bulbs including the Xenon bulbs, but they don't have the Adaptive module. RoverActive is selling these for $1549 (Click Here for Listing). However, this is not a "Retrofit Kit". RoverActive also has the Retrofit Kit that they are selling for $2299 (Click Here for Listing). It seems like the only thing that mine are missing when compared to the list of the Retrofit kit's contents is a "Wiring Set" (there is also two stick on Xenon warning labels and some cable tyes, but those are not necessary for the operation of the lights).

I would be willing to sell mine at the same price that it cost me, which was half of the first listing above, but I can't guarantee that you would be able to make them work. Even if the only additional thing that you need is the "Wiring Set", I don't know if that would be available from BMW as a standalone part.

So the bottom line is I would love to get these lights off my hands. They are brand new and include all the igniters, Xenon modules, Xenon bulbs, and other bulbs. However, I am not going to be like the person who sold me the headlights and lie or mis-inform you. I don't know what else you would need to make these work on a car that came with halogens, and if you were to find out what else you would need (e.g. wiring set), I don't know if you can buy it from BMW or not.

So maybe we can do some research and see if we can find out what you would need to make it work. Maybe Hobi or E60Speed can help us figure it out . After reading all that I have written above (my disclaimers ) if you still want to buy the lights and try to make them work then I would love to get rid of them (so that I can start looking for ones with the Adaptive feature). As I said, I am not trying to make money, but I would rather not lose money either, so I will show you proof of how much I paid for it, which again is half of what RoverActive is charging for the same (non-retrofit) set.

Here are some pictures of the lights:

The seller has all but disappeared (what a surprise). I can't even leave a negative feedback because eBay says "This user is no longer registered on eBay".

Thanks for the quick reply, Let's hope hobi or e60speed can help us out. I will call a few dealers and roveractive to see if I can purchase the wiring set separately. I will most likely purchase this from you even without a wiring set for the time being. I will give you a definite answer by this weekend. thanks again.

Roveractive is being really helpful, he has provided tons of info on a retrofit. He sent me this pdf:

E60_Xenon_Retrofit.pdf

I'm not really sure what we need to make it all work. any help would be appreciated.
