Have you checked on the parts individually? Perhaps just the kit is no longer available. I can't imagine that someone owning a e60 with the factory mtech bumper and getting into a crash only to find out the bumpers are no longer available.

+1...I was on this road and just wanting to buy the front bumper (air ducts, lower grills, fog light mounts). The downside is that the front bumper parts cost almost the same as the full MTech kit. Lucky for me the full kit was still around at the time so I just bought the full kit and sold the side skirts and rear bumper and parts that came with the kit.

LCI kit may be discontinued, but pre-LCI kit is definitely still available, with or without PDC. Mine just showed up today. Tischer BMW is selling them for a steal right now, and if anyone is considering doing this I'd grab one now while they're still available. It won't surprise me to see the kit go NLA sometime soon; individual pieces will be availble for a long, long time.
