Easy way to mod stock bumper to fit split dual exhaust?

My Ride: 550i
Model Year: 2008
So I just noticed that folks are selling CF rear diffusers for the "M" bumper already setup for quads:

I haven't decided if I'm going to get a 550i w/ the OEM M kit or a 535i w/o the kit. If I get a 550i with the OEM M bumper can I just replace the diffuser instead of replacing or modifying the bumper? If so are there any that arn't CF so they would look close to factory?

2) Yes there is. In several shops.

Sorry I don't know any vendor there. I could have point out couple of sellers here in Europe, but the shipping costs would be insane.
