earlier responce on mirrors

i put a small piece of blackened scotch tape [felt marker]over the inside mirror lite sensor . now the mirror dims at dusk and headlites from therear dont blind me.

Gotcha that's the one I figured.
(By the way, be careful about those "on the passenger side" comments -- some of the members here drive on the wrong side of the car and the wrong side of the road...)

forgot about the uk friend. comment by me were the passenger for the usa market.
