I would go for Turbotec, most likely going there myself at May.
In Helsinki area there are many chip dealers who can install "off the shelf chip", but Turbotec tailor makes it for your car.
The other place recommended above is also a very reputable tuner with years and years of experience, also closer to Helsinki.
