Hey guys,
Could you tell me if anyone tried to buy / install this device:

http://cgi.ebay.de/BMW-5er-e60-e61-Videointerface_W0QQitemZ160049698119QQihZ006QQcategoryZ76083QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZW1VQQcmdZViewItem
It is so far the only one I found in EU (I don't want to buy anything like this in Asia or USA, having to do money transfer to the other part of the world, exchanging EUR for USD, etc, etc.. i just want to buy it now and here ).

I am just not sure what quality product is that, and if anyone could recommend it?

Thanks in advance!!

Hi guys the luxembourg's one is the E60 NAv module which is the most common as I know all from Korea.

The ones posted by Nikos are also similar but one is only for Professional Nav and mainly gives you the opportunity to hook up 1 video (dvd) and 2 cams.

However I would trust more the older type which works for E60.

Connexx I do not know, I know a friend of mine used some different one than what we calle E60 Nav module (eg. 1st one) and he ended up with problems.

Search the forums too there are many infos around here... Hobi is too busy but he is one of the SOURCES you can find out more ...

The 2nd link is the same as Nav-TV. It basically uses the screen only and the BMW display is passed through the device.

The 1st and 3rd are the MOST interfaces which are the best. They basically mimick the BMW TV module but allow you to connect an external video feed. Excellent stuff because they you can control the input via the iDrive's TV menu. Only thing is you need BMW to enable the TV option after you get this installed.

Bruce, even if you don't have TV module on your car?

If you already have TV module what will happen then, TV will pass through it and when you turn it on, it replaces the TV function?

If you do not have the TV module in your car then you need to get BMW to enable it. But you can do that only after you install the MOST interface. If you have the factory TV module and function then no update is required you then connect MOST interface via different cables and that will pass the TV through it to the screen.

Ok, Thanks Bruce.

If that also keeps the info/trip/nav-map part on the right small part of the screen (like on TV), then it's a cool feature!!

I think it does. But I think its down to the implementation of it per vendor. Different suppliers have done it differently. But I agree the split screen version is the best and looks stock.
