Sorry, everyone, I promise I'm through. Now back to the splash guards. Some cars have them and they look great - even naked without them. I considered getting them when my car was new, as I thought it might save some paint, but when I started looking at other 5's, I never saw even one with them. Then I checked the dealership to see how many they sold and they told me they didn't even stock them. It was then and there that I decided to go without. Maybe where it snows alot, they have significant functionality. I suspect they are more prevalant in Europe as well.

I've NEVER seen them on an E60 here in Europe, but on a handful in the USA.
