It depends on which projector you buy but most top-performers will take a D2S bulb, Morimoto makes a MiniH1 projector which takes a H1 bulb but if you don't select that projector then it is safe to assume you would need a D2S bulb for your D2S projector.

Hey mate
sorry to drag up an old thread but can't find anyone else whose done it
i want to upgrade my lights to xenon/no xenon
will the xenon lens and shroud from an e46 fit?
And is it hard to fit them
