So the E60 been around since 2004. Do yours still turn heads? I'm sure the tastefully modded e60s still break ppl necks. Mine has only has tints for visual and exhaust for audible but boy she attracts a lot of attention. Not bad for build date of 11/2007 with 80k miles.
So guys please share your neck breaking stories

I bought mine 19 months ago, tinted the windows within days and bought the wheels within a matter of weeks. Back then I would get the rare compliment in a parking lot, etc. Now, with no changes in over a year and a half, people have suddenly begun yelling compliments at me on the street. I find it quite odd. I do keep her polished up nicely though
The girlfriend likes it because women DO NOT care! Since the day I bought the car, only one woman has said anything about the car, and that's the teller at my bank who sees it all the time. It's always guys that compliment the car.

man, black shines like no other when its clean. I think most women can not tell the difference from a 3 series to 5. Sorry if i offend any female members. I dont mean that in a bad way

Never really got compliments from anyone except from the occasional glance by the occasional retired kinfolk. I've been getting a lot of compliments from mostly hot women on my recently acquired E93, which makes me think, did I buy a chick car or do they just like it?
Was leaving a cousins wedding last weekend and they thought we traded our car in for a M5
.... lol.... We was like no it's just the base model with some rims and grilles added. "shut up, you bought a new car" I wish it was a real M5, but it's not badged up saying M5 like some fakes do.

well i know one thing everytime I pull up someplace to get valley service they always fight over who gets to park my car lol...... You ever see the certified pre owned commercials for bmw those that don't know much about our cars can't tell if its an 04 or a 2012
Guys do most of the real complimenting but the girls do notice the BMW badge on the hood.
For instance had a random guy ask me what tire sizes I used last week and complimented my drop and wheel fitment.
In contrast had a girl break her neck yesterday while I was boulevard cruising lol
Younger kids and teens tend to be the most vocal and enthusiastic. Had a gang of kids give me the thumbs up and yell "NICE WHIP!" at me lool
