Hi guys,

is it possible for a E60 530i to fit E60 M5 rotor and brake pads?

i think u can have m5 brake in ur 530. someone in this forum has done this mod. where r u getting the brakes from? i also interested. which part of australia r u? sydney?

Yes u can. I did the same upgrade to my 523i...! Looks and performs so much better than my old stock ones!

One thing you have to make sure is that the wheels that you are using have enough clearance for the big rotors and brake calipers!

wow, so cool u can put M5 massive brakes on 530i, definitely going to start saving for them. How better is the braking? did u do front or rear or both?

I did Front & rear, Mark Hk you did complete right?

The braking is off the chart, I did a write up in the mods section some where, Sachal there is a member selling a full kit in Frisco area for dirt cheap..he might still have them.

Anyone know how much and if its possible to buy the whole M5 kit, front and back, so, disks, pads, calipers, everything, from BMW?
Will they sell it, or do you need M5 chassis numbers?
