My Ride: 2008 535i LCI with sports/premium package, Sports trans with paddle shifters, CF emblems, JB4 Software, Dinan Exhaust, Navigation, M5Tech body kit, Carbon wrap interrior trim and CIC Controller.
The price is very good and free shipping, I would say thats the lowest I've seen.

Wonder if someone could clarify for me. Is it possible to replace only the lower portion of the front bumper (bottom 1/3)? Just the part containing the fog lights all the way across. Mine has been damaged by the previous owner but top 2/3 is in good shape. Thanks.

No. You need to replace the entire bumper.
