My Ride: 525d M Sport Gunmetal Grey
Purchased this original unused BMW spoiler (part no. 51 710 303 113) through ebay.. cost ?70 inc delivery. This original spoiler costs ?250 from BMW unpainted.. i was lucky it was the same colour as my car. I would appreciate your opinions (positive or negative) before i fit it permanently.. many thanks in advance.

Alright shaz, personally and i think you will find alot of people on here really don't like the look of that spoiler, its not subtle and doesn't flow with the car, i think it looks like a boy racer spoiler, but i still see many e60's aroound with them on, as long as you like it thats all that matters, personally i think there are much nicer spoilers out there, i have the M5 one and it looks great, ACS is also another popular one.

While it is not my favorite spoiler for the e60, I think it looks good. I wouldn't go as far as saying its "boy racer" (which im assuming means ricey?). If you like it, keep it. Who are we to tell you how to keep your car...

My Ride: Late 2005 M5 in Silverstone Metallic II with Full Black Leather Interior. SMG, LOGIC7, Heated Front Seats, Rear Electric Sun Blind, Comms Package, Professional Nav, TV Function, Extended Voice Control, Adaptive Headlights
Saw one the same, or similar, on a carbon black 535d sport the other day, and it really looked bad man. I'd lose it personally. BUT, if you like it, fit it!! Don't let us influence you! It's your car to do how you like it!
But, +1 for M5 lip spoiler if you do decide to go a different route!!

It's a tad too big even for OEM, I personally think the M spoiler is perfect!! Good Luck with your decision!

Nope...go with the M5 spoiler if you are going to get an OEM one IMO
