The exhaust it self was completely assembled and installed by Magnaflow at their R&D warehouse here in CA. They didn't have an application for 2004-2005 BMW 545i's (N62B44 engines) so i gladly let them use my car for a mockup. I'm not sure when they are going to release it for distribution but as of now i guess I'm the only person with a full cat back from Magnaflow 
The fabricator there told me they had a cat back for this year only it was for a quad exit set up, mine is single side exit.

Hey guys, So finally today i got my 545i back from a well reputable exhaust company ( I'm not sure if i can name the company ) It seems like the didn't have a application for 04-05 545i. Dropped the car off Monday just picked it up today and let me tell you WOW! what a difference. Granted there is some droning at low speeds but noting that is unbearable, I'll post video of the sound soon.. for now here are some pictures. On another note I picked up my Bilsteins and Pro Kit today as well .. Going to be a busy weekend
