E60 Aux Input

Can those of you that have the following please assist:
E60, sat nav pro, 6 cd auto changer.
If you then have either the OEM aux kit or the Dension Icelink, do you then lose the CD changer as the kits use the same port on the HU as the changer?
This is the case on the E46 I have with the icelink installed.

I have Nav and the CD changer with the Logic 7 package. When the dealer installs the Aux Input, it's another input so you don't lose your CD Changer. You'll then see Aux Input as another sound source from the iDrive menu. Hope that helps.

The installation is very simple but its not a "do it by yourself", it is necessary a software run by the dealer.

My Ride: 535d Sport Auto, Born 01/05/05, Delivered 12/06/2005 Carbon Black, Grey Dakota Leather, Visibility Pack - bi-xenons, adaptive headlights and Headlight Wash, High Gloss Shadow Line, Logic 7 HiFi System, Aux plug & 6 CD, M Rear Spoiler.
The sound quality is as good as any other source from the head unit, I think excellent.
