E60 545i Brake disc question
Hello,
I recently acquired a "new to me" BMW 545iA. It has aftermarket (I think) slotted brake rotors on it and I noticed the slots are leaning towards the front of the car. I know about and understand the reasons why one would position the slots or drill holes one way or the other but have the following questions:
1. Do the OEM rotors have straight or angled cooling vanes?
2. Did the sport package cars come with slotted rotors?
3. Has anyone upgraded the OEM brake lines to a braided, or are the OEMs pretty good?
My brakes feel great, look relatively new, pads are good, discs are wearing nice and there is no pulsation when braking hard so I'm not thinking of messing with them. I just noticed the angle of the slot and was wondering if they could have been installed incorrectly since it is so common. If they have angled vanes, they could be wrong.
I also haven't stuck my finger in there to try and feel that out and probably should have before posting...
Thanks for any input!

I checked out the rotors and they have straight cooling vanes so the direction of the slot, or drill holes or both would be a matter of preference.
