I have changed VO to remove 205 and add 2TB on Cas and Lma and then tried coding Kpmbi in expert mode but sport just does not show up in the instrument cluster. I have tried to look at all settings for the Kombi in ncsdummy and I see no option that explicitly calls out sport auto separate from automatic. Even went as far as programing Kombi with winfkp but no luck.

Any tips?

Can you post the part numbers of the parts needed to install SAT?

well, in reality you can program your current EGS module to display the S1-S6. Sport button gives you the stiffer steering wheel. The Sport Mode in cluster seems to give Throttle Matching.

You can find part numbers on one of the major DIY threads for the SAT retrofit.

Fixed: I was coding with the .MAN file setting selected in NCSExpert. Once i switched to the profile with .MAN file un checked and then programmed via ncsexpert, the factory default coding was used. Since I had my CAS and LMA enabled with the right options, it automatically set the COMBI for SAT. Now i see SPORT when i press the button AND get Throttle Blips!

I am told the transmission in the 535xi is different than the standard 535i. What module did you program to upgrade the transmission? My friend and I were trying to do it but the numbers some people have used do not work for the xdrive model....thoughts?

Thanks wedge gave me that info as well. Now the hard part is that he said use 4601458 with GKE215 but there are others who have used 7603541.

I notice that there are people who switch between Alpine, European and US flashes (not alpine for mine as a 535i) however not sure which one to use.

Wedge seems to have a solid understanding of this and I do not want to use 7603541 just because I have it in my Daten files. when I run WinKFP, go to GKE214 there are many options and I have 7603541 as one. I have no 4601458, nor do I know how to get it.

any ideas anyone on where to get it?
