i would like to know if a Tv tuner can be added on my 545i year 2004 with business nav. I bought on ebay it is an original Tv tuner for BMW E60.

NO!
The BMW TV tuner can only give playback through the CCC. But with nav bus you don't have the CCC, you have the MAS-K.
